Simple and tasty recipe, this cake tastes like afternoon at grandma’s house!

1 cup sugar
½ cup of hot water
3 bananas, sliced
1 can of condensed milk
1 can measure of milk
1 tsp cinnamon
½ cup vegetable oil
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbs baking powder
1 – Place the sugar in a saucepan and cook on low heat.
2 – When starting to brown, place the hot water and stir gently to dissolve all the sugar.
3 – Pour the liquid into the baking pan, spreading evenly.
4 – Add the banana slices, close to each other.
1 – Beat eggs in a blender for 1 minute.
2 – Add condensed milk, milk, oil and cinnamon and beat for 3 minutes.
3 – Put the mixture in a large bowl add the flour and baking powder (sifted) and stir until smooth.
4 – Pour the batter over bananas and bake, in a preheated oven (350°F), for about 35 to 40 minutes.
5 – Let it cool slightly, unmold the cake and serve.
Tips and Options:
- Add to the batter: 1 mashed banana and chopped almonds.
- Instead of bananas, put pineapple, apples or peaches.
