Fettuccine with Garlic and Bacon

With very few ingredients, you prepare this beautiful and tasty noodles recipe!

servings: 5 / preparation time: 25 minutes



1 lb fettuccine noodles

8 oz chopped bacon

1 tbs butter

4 garlic cloves, finely diced

salt and olive oil to taste

½ cup chopped fresh parsley

grated Parmesan cheese (optional)



1 – Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

2 – In a saucepan or high skillet, place butter and bacon and fry until the bacon is crispy.

3 – Add the garlic and mix for a few second.

4 – Place the fettuccine, already cooked, and stir well.

5 – Add salt and olive oil to taste.

6 – Turn off the heat and sprinkle parsley.


Tips and Options:

  • Spice up the dish, adding hearts of palm, mushrooms or broccoli.
  • It can be served as one-dish meal or with grilled chicken breast and green salad.
