Brazilian Style Chicken Wings

Crunchy and well seasoned. Hard to resist to this temptation!

10 chicken wings

4 mashed garlic cloves

salt to taste

Tabasco pepper to taste

juice of 1 lime or lemon

paprika to taste

1 tbs oil

oil (enough to dip fry the chicken)



1 – In a bowl, combine all the seasonings (garlic, salt, pepper, lemon, paprika and oil) and mix well with a spoon.

2 – Add the wings and mix well with your hands until the pieces are thoroughly seasoned. Let is rest for 30 minutes, out of the fridge.

3 – In a large saucepan, heat the oil and add the chicken.

4 – Let it fry until golden brown on both sides.


Tips and Options:

  • If your pan is not too large, fry half of the chicken and then the other half.
  • If you prefer, season the chicken the day before and refrigerate in a pot with lid.
  • Serve as an appetizer or main dish, with rice, potatoes or green salad as sides.
  • Serve with lemon wedges and an cold beer!
