preparation time: 1 hour
1 baked chocolate cake (can be any recipe or from a box)
300 grams of dark or milk chocolate
chocolate sprinkles or nuts to garnish
1 – In a bowl, crumble the cake.
2 – Add the ganache gradually, stirring gently.
3 – Shape small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
4 – Melt the chocolate in double boiler.
5 – Dip the cake pop into the melted chocolate and insert them in the balls.
6 – Coat the pop cakes in the chocolate and add the garnish of your choice.
Tips and Options:
- The coat can also be done with white chocolate.
