Prepared in the oven, this is a quick, easy and tasty recipe.

2 pounds chicken thigh, skinless and boneless
salt to taste
3 crushed garlic cloves
juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon rosemary
2 cups chopped broccoli
½ cup chopped green onions or chives
1 – Season chicken with salt, garlic, lemon and rosemary.
2 – In a baking sheet, put in preheated oven at 350ºF and bake for 20 minutes.
3 – Remove from the oven, add broccoli, mix well and return to oven for 5-10 minutes.
4 – Garnish with green onions and serve.
